The private hospital suite remained silent.

Marcus Thorne stood frozen near the doorway, unable to take his eyes off the woman lying on the marble floor.

The mother of his unborn child.
Khloe’s breathing was shallow as nurses rushed inside.
“Move back!” one of them ordered.
Marcus didn’t hear them.

“She attacked me.”

The room froze.

But Marcus noticed.
The hospital director entered with a tablet in his hand.
“Mr. Cole… the security recording is ready.”
Isabella’s confidence disappeared.
“No.”
Everyone looked at her.
She immediately corrected herself.
“I mean… there’s no need. This is a private matter.”
Harrison smiled coldly.
“No.”
His voice became darker.
“This stopped being private when you put your hands on my pregnant sister.”
The video started.
The entire room watched.
Every shove.
Every word.
Every cruel expression.

The moment Isabella’s heel struck Khloe.
Nobody spoke.

“You lied.”
