ARREST HIM! House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries Should Be In JAIL For Sick Stunt Against President Trump

WASHINGTON, D.C. — May 4, 2026

House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries (D-NY) commented on the U.S. Supreme Court’s ruling last year upholding broad presidential immunity for official acts while also addressing potential future legal actions against members of the current administration.

In an interview with MSNBC host Chris Hayes, Jeffries referenced the immunity decision and stated that officials in the Trump administration do not have the same protections.

He noted the five-year statute of limitations for certain offenses and suggested there would be accountability if Democrats regain control of the House or the White House.

The remarks come amid several high-profile legal developments involving current and former officials.

Last month, former FBI Director James Comey was charged with lying to Congress and obstructing justice.

New York Attorney General Letitia James faces indictment on allegations of mortgage fraud.

California Democratic Sen. Adam Schiff is also under investigation by the Department of Justice for similar mortgage-related allegations.

A Democrat whistleblower’s claims, supported by newly declassified FBI interview reports, allege that Schiff authorized the leaking of classified information during the Trump-Russia investigation.

The whistleblower, who served on the House Intelligence Committee, reportedly warned the FBI starting in 2017.
